About the Retreat

Join us on a journey within to heal childhood wounds and find inner peace and stability! Replace negative patterns and selflimiting beliefs with new, uplifting and healthier ones.

This retreat is created to learn about energy work and healing, activating selfhealing, strengthen body mind and soul-connection by meditation, mindfulness, yoga and energy work.

Some highlights are our Reiki circles, a cacao ceremony, tea ceremony, arrival party and farewell celebration.

Start with us early in the morning to welcome the day and intigrate healthy routines. Every day you learn new meditation styles and techniques to make meditating more easy an aproachable. Let yourself float in the ocean, surrounded by gentle waves and the sound of nature while drifting of to a higher state of mind and a new energetic frequency. 

A healthy and delicious breakfast with ocean few gives us new energy and is included in the retreat.
